Are you ready for a deeply relaxing experience? Join Lindsay for a Bioscalar Meditation, gentle restorative yoga poses, and the serene sounds of the Chakra attuned crystal bowls. She will use her shaman drum, tibetan bowls, ting shas, chimes, conch and other instruments to soothe the mind, body and spirit. This practice is scientifically proven to reduce stress by stimulating the vagus nerve to bring the body out of the fight or flight response. The frequency of the bowls puts the brain into a meditative and peaceful state. Sound baths are known to lower blood pressure, diminish stress and promote a state of calm and well-being.
