Therapy-Infused Vinyasa Flow
(All Levels): Stretch, strengthen and connect with your body, inner spirit and mind using breathing techniques, yoga postures and vinyasa flow sequences with modifications as needed. Complement your running, walking, swimming, golf,gym workout with Therapy-Infused Vinyasa. Combining mindfulness, breath work and yoga postures this class is designed to cultivate strength and balance while integrating the practice of relaxation and joy. Witness the movement of the body and explore poses designed to release stiffness in the joints, tightness in the muscles and resistance in the mind. The goal of this class is always to improve the mind/ body connection in order to facilitate wellness.
Body, Mind, & Spirit Yoga
(All Levels): This is a holistic practice using the physical postures of yoga to connect all parts of our being in union as we practice. Yoga means union. It is a mindful practice focusing on the breath, allowing the mind to relax and quiet, as we become stronger, more flexible, better aligned & balanced. We practice different breathing techniques to help us release stress and tension, allowing our breath to deepen and slow. I feel we, as a culture, are over focused on the action of doing and we need to focus more on releasing tension in the body/mind. The release is just as important, if not more important than the action.
Vinyasa Flow
(All Levels): Vi “in a special way, – Nyasa” to place. A graceful and creative synchronized sequence or flow weaving asanas (postures) together, to move seamlessly for one breath to another! A powerful flow designed to build strength and agility, balance, and flexibility. Open your hear and awaken the energy within! NO two classes are alike. Expect clear, concise instruction, and alignment. Modifications offered throughout the class.
Warm Vinyasa Flow
Warm Flow is a soothing efficient evening class designed to ground your mind and body. We'll build gentle warmth, and focus through a rhythmic, feel-good sequence leaving your body peaceful, cozy, and reset for the night. The room will be kept comfortably warm (75-78 degrees) to balance the winter chill.
Barre
(All Levels): Barre is a whole-body workout that incorporates elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and aerobics with low-impact exercises. A dynamic, feel-good workout that challenges your muscles in a whole new way. With upbeat music, targeted strength work, and plenty of burn, this class leaves you feeling strong, energized and empowered!
Pilates at the Barre
Half mat Pilates, half Barre- double the fun! This class blends core-firing floor work with Barre-based sculpting for a playful, full-body workout that leaves you strong, steady, and smiling! Expect upbeat energy, targeted moves, and that satisfying "worked-in-the-best-way-" feeling!
Yogalates
This fun 45 minute fusion-style class blends the strength of Pilates with the stretch and flow of yoga in an upbeat class that keeps you moving and smiling. Expect core work, balance, strength, and flexibility. Set to great music, Yogalates leaves you feeling lifted, aligned, and refreshed!
Chair Yoga
(All Levels): Experience a breath centric-practice of flowing yoga postures. Using a Chair as the main prop. You will be guided safely through the flowing postures, which will help to improve strength and balance. There are options of doing the whole practice sitting in the chair or if suitable for the body. There is a standing series. The offering is to move the whole physical body from head to toe. The practice finishes, with a deep guided relaxation.

A 45-minute morning yoga session to awaken your body, calm your mind, and set a positive tone for the day. A balanced combination of yoga flow, core, stretch, and breath...Rise and Shine will leave you feeling centered, energized, and ready to go for the day!
Foundational Flow Yoga
(All Levels): A creative, thoughtful sequence inspired by the teachings of Linda’s mentor, David Vendetti, founder of South Boston Yoga. This class will help you to release tension from your body & mind while focusing attention calmly on the breath. A flow that begins building the foundation through breath work (pranayama), Sun Salutations, and Standing postures. Every month a new theme will be introduced focusing on different body regions. building strength and stability while connecting movement to breathe.
The sequences will include Foundations: Standing postures, hips, heart openers, forward folding, side bending, twisting, and more.
Gentle Slow Flow
Gentle Slow Flow offers slow, intentional movement with plenty of time to settle into each pose. Expect a supportive, nurturing practice designed to quiet the mind and gently awaken the body. Perfect for unwinding, restoring energy, and moving with ease throughout your day.
Gentle Flow & Stretch
A calming. all-levels class that blends gentle flow with deep, mindful stretching. Move slowly, breathe fully, and release tension as you ease the body and quiet the mind- perfect for anyone craving softness, mobility, and a little exhale.
Yoga + Pilates
Yoga + Pilates is a feel-good fusion designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. This class moves at a moderate pace with controlled intentional movements, breath awareness, and functional strength work for the whole body. Expect to break a sweat, find your balance, and leave feeling strong, energized, and happy from head to toes!
Yoga Sculpt ( Core Vinyasa + Weights)
YOGA SCULPT is a dynamic class that combines traditional yoga poses with strength training exercises. It integrates the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga with the intensity of resistance training, often using light weights, resistance bands, and high-repetition movements. This practice enhances muscle tone, boosts metabolism, and improves cardiovascular health. Typically set to upbeat music, Yoga Sculpt classes focus on building strength, balance, and endurance while maintaining the breath-centered focus of traditional yoga.
Movement Monday
Your Monday mood-booster! A playful blend of yoga, pilates, light weights, Barre, juicy stretches, and smooth transitions. We'll strengthen, lengthen, and loosen it all up so you head back into the day feeling energized, happy, and anything but dull!
Sva Ha Yoga and Sound Healing
This practice created by Lisa Ishwari Murphy, is a 30-year, heart centered practice combining the Eight Limbs of Yoga with transformative sound, energy medicine, and natural law.
Key Aspects of Sva Ha Yoga and Sound Healing
Definition & Philosophy: "Sva Ha" translates to an offering of the heart. It is a holistic, transformative practice intended for spiritual growth, healing, and liberation, often described as an "embodied" experience.
Sound Healing Components (SOS - Synergy of Sound): The practice heavily incorporates sound therapy, utilizing the vibration of various instruments, including drums, singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and the human voice to promote deep relaxation and balance.
Yoga & Movement: The physical practice involves intentional, intuitive movement and, in many cases, restorative or gentle postures.
Candlelit Yoga Nidra
We will begin with a brief breath-centered meditation followed by nourishing gentle yoga. We will then use props to get comfortable as we begin our Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra aims to bring stillness and deep relaxation to the body while facilitating single pointed focus of the mind. The goal of the class is to decrease stress, facilitate restful sleep and promote a sense of bliss as you journey into your weekend!
