Awaken the Wild Within: The Studio’s Retreat

Breathe in the Mountains, Move with Purpose, and Recharge Your Spirit

Overview

Join us in July 2026 for an unforgettable adventure into the mountains, with your host, Jenn Risio with guest teachers Linda Vivino and Kaylee Grodzki guiding you toward an experience they hope will inspire, uplift, and stay with you long after we return home. This retreat is a blend of movement, nature, and connection in one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the country.

Each morning begins with yoga designed to help you acclimate to the altitude and feel your best from the very first day. We’ll gather for a once-in-a-lifetime yoga class at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre, moving together under the vast Colorado sky. Our days will be filled with scenic hikes leading to sweeping, unforgettable vistas and an exhilarating white water rafting trip to shake up your soul and awaken your adventurous spirit. Throughout the retreat, you’ll be nourished with vibrant, wholesome meals prepared by a private chef, ensuring every bite fuels your body and delights your senses.

Come ready to reconnect with your body, your spirit, and the wild beauty of the Rockies — and return home carrying not just memories, but a renewed sense of strength and wonder.

Meet Your Host

Special Guest Teacher - Linda Vivino

Quiet by nature and deeply reflective, Linda finds solace in the peace and stillness that yoga offers. As an introvert, the mat has always been her sanctuary—a place to reconnect, recharge, and rediscover balance. When she steps into the studio, she joyfully becomes an extrovert for an hour, sharing her love of movement and mindfulness with her students.
Her teaching is shaped by training with David Vendetti, whose creative approach and emphasis on freedom of movement deeply inspire her classes. She has also studied beginner yoga with Jason Crandell, cultivating a clear and accessible teaching style, and completed Accessible Yoga training with Jivana Heyman, reinforcing her belief that yoga is truly for everyone.
Her classes invite students to slow down, listen inward, and move with intention. Beyond the mat, she loves to laugh, explore new places, and embrace the beauty of the unknown. Curious about life and all its possibilities, Linda brings warmth, presence, and a sense of adventure to every class she teaches.

Jennifer Risio

Jenn Risio has been immersed in yoga since 1997, when she first fell in love with the practice in a Cleveland gym. Her teaching journey began in 2009 after completing her YTT at Grace School of Yoga under the guidance of Judy McLaine, rooted in the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra. Her style is a powerful and soulful fusion influenced by masters like Jason Crandall, Shiva Rea, Rodney Yee, Elena Brower, and many more.

Jenn’s classes are creative, strong, and intentional—designed to awaken breath, movement, and presence. She blends power with grace, encouraging students to find stillness in strength and joy in the journey. As a Reiki Master Teacher, her classes are infused with healing energy and heart. Jenn is also a Certified Pilates Instructor and passionate about functional movement.

She owns The Studio in Mattapoisett, MA, where she leads yoga, Reiki trainings, and community events. Teaching is her purpose, and her mission is simple: help others come home to themselves—body, mind, and spirit.
