Join Lindsay Days and Jasmine Smith-Gillen for a profound 2 hour journey of rest, gratitude,and deep energetic alignment. The workshop will begin with a 60 minute restorative yoga class. You will be guided through a series of passive poses designed to help your nervous system unwind infused with the sound of chakra attuned crystal bowls to promote deep relaxation. Following svasana (resting pose) Jasmine will guide us through a grounding and gratitude meditation.
The practice of gratitude is known to help relieve stress and raise our vibrations. The meditation and visualization encourage our minds to calm, promoting deep body stillness and help to return us to a deep state of relaxation where we can revel in appreciation for all of the positivity we have in this world.
As we embark upon the busy holiday season, this meditation is perfectly timed. Give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and appreciate all of the joy in your life. Bring a journal and pens or markers, there will be time to reflect on your experience through writing or drawing after the meditation.
